Redefine Lakeside Living With A Premium Custom Dock

Your lakefront property in Indiana has water access but nowhere to actually use it. Maybe you have a muddy bank, an overgrown slope, or no way to get in the water or tie up a boat safely.

We change that with a custom dock engineered for rigidity, built with TimberTech PVC that stays cool and beautiful for decades.

Every board sits flush. Every corner is mitered tight. And on the day we finish, your waterfront finally becomes the place everyone wants to be.

A custom dock from Decks on Point gives you:

Why TimberTech PVC Is the Best Dock Material

Traditional wood warps, stains, and demands constant upkeep. TimberTech PVC is engineered specifically for waterfront environments, staying beautiful with almost no maintenance required.

Wood docks warp, swell, and rot. TimberTech PVC is entirely moisture-proof, no matter how wet or cold Indiana winters get.

TimberTech PVC is engineered to stay cool under hot sun, so kids and pets can walk, jump, and lounge safely and comfortably.
Your lakeside weekends aren’t meant for maintenance work. A quick rinse is all you need to keep your dock looking brand new.
TimberTech PVC won’t fade or splinter even after years of heavy use, and it’s backed by an industry-leading manufacturer warranty.
TimberTech PVC comes in a range of refined colors, and they hold up under years of direct sun exposure without fading or washing out.
Up to 60% of TimberTech PVC is recycled, so you can enjoy your time on the water knowing your dock is as responsible as it is beautiful.

Carter and his crew are top notch!

From helping us with planning, being patient as we changed our minds during the planning, letting us take some time to decide on our final design and then building a deck that surpassed our expectations

The crew that came out were very courteous and respectful. They communicated at every step of the process. Beginning to end, we couldn’t be more pleased with Decks on Point!!

Your Dock Build Questions, Answered

Custom dock pricing varies based on size, materials, and shoreline conditions. The best way to get an accurate number is through a free on-site consultation. Reach out to us to schedule yours.
Yes, most Indiana waterfront dock projects require permits through the Indiana DNR and sometimes through the lake association. We’ve built docks on these lakes before, know the local approval process well, and handle it all on your behalf.
For Indiana lakes and reservoirs, TimberTech PVC composite outperforms wood in nearly every category. It resists warping, rotting, and sun damage. Plus, it stays cooler underfoot in summer and never needs staining or sealing.
We’ve completed dock builds in around 8 days once construction begins. Complex projects may take a bit longer, but we’ll give you a clear timeline upfront. A dedicated supervisor is also on your property every day until the work is finished.
The goal of every decision during planning and construction is long-term structural integrity. We install grade one structural lumber directly on the steel frame for support, seal all framing with protective joist tape, and finish with a hidden fastener system and PVC-fused miter joints. Reach out, and we’ll walk you through the full process.
Fixed docks work best for consistent water depths and offer more rigidity and stability. Floating docks are better for locations with significant water level fluctuations. During your free consultation, we assess your shoreline conditions and help you choose the structure that makes the most sense for your property.
