How much does a deck design cost?
We charge $500 for most decks, and very complex designs can cost $1,000.
However, if you decide to build the project with us, the cost of your design is credited towards the construction, so you could say you’re getting the design for free.
What type of decks can you design?
Whatever you can think of, we can design and build it. Of course, there might be some limitations to certain designs due to the building code and zoning, but we’ll find a way to achieve the same purpose with minimum changes to your ideas.
Can I only buy a design from you?
Yes. However, you need to know that since we design it, we also know how to create the blueprints and build it right. Another contractor with our design can make things more difficult.

What happens after I get a deck design?
After you get the design, you’ll tell us if you like it or not. We can change things to suit your needs. When we have your green light on the design, we move on to creating the plans and then apply for a permit.
Once that’s done, we can order the materials and start building the deck. We schedule the city inspections along the way.
