We would like to share experiences using Clean Cut Construction. We contacted them about the demolition and construction of a new elevated balcony that was attached to our condominium. They came out and gave us an estimate which we approved and scheduled a date for the construction to begin.
Throughout the whole process they arrived on time every day and was always very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The entire process took approximately 2 1/2 days for the initial balcony and they came out a couple of more days to do finishing touch-ups.
During that time there were some issues with the matching of our aluminum siding, but they were able to come up with a very aesthetically pleasing workaround. I would highly recommend their services for anyone interested in replacing or the initial construction of a deck or balcony.
