How long does it take to build a screened porch?

A standard screened porch and patio build takes approximately 10 days from the start of construction. A larger luxury porch and kitchen combination may take longer. During planning, we give you a clear schedule. We never want to disrupt your daily life longer than we have to.

Do screened porches hold up in Indiana winters?

Yes. We build our porch frames using premium-grade treated lumber, combined with deep footings and heavy-duty structural connections. You’ll enjoy your porch spring through fall and have nothing to worry about all winter.

Can I add electrical features like fans or lights?

Absolutely. We offer full electrical packages that include ceiling fans with dedicated switches, recessed lighting, standard receptacles, and a ceiling outlet designed specifically for string lights. Just let us know what you’d like during the planning stage, and we’ll design it in from the start.

Will the porch roof match my existing home?

Yes, that’s a priority for us. We install shingles designed to match your existing roof and include proper ice and water shields, drip edges, and integrated gutters to manage rainwater away from your foundation. The finished result looks like it’s always been part of your home.

What kind of screens do you use?

We install premium Westbury Aluminum Screens around the full perimeter of the porch, positioned outside the railing for a clean, finished look. That said, if you have a specific screen preference, we’re happy to talk through your options and find the right fit.
