Carter was a pleasure to work with from quote to completion. He listened to us, presented ideas and solutions. He is familiar with a wide variety of decking material, the pluses and minuses. Carter provided a very detailed quote.
He is always with his crew onsite building the deck which was very important to us. His construction knowledge extends beyond decks which was helpful when we discovered damage around our windows.
He is very particular and takes great pride in the quality of his work and it shows.

With Clean Cut Construction, you will have an amazing experience. They took my Timber Teck deck down to the dirt and rebuilt it in four days. Everything about them was top shelf! Their equipment, their tools, but most of all they’re diligent work and wonderful personalities.
When they left my property, they seeded and fertilized and cleaned the deck, and it was as if no one had been here. Love these guys!!

We would like to share experiences using Clean Cut Construction. We contacted them about the demolition and construction of a new elevated balcony that was attached to our condominium. They came out and gave us an estimate which we approved and scheduled a date for the construction to begin.
Throughout the whole process they arrived on time every day and was always very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The entire process took approximately 2 1/2 days for the initial balcony and they came out a couple of more days to do finishing touch-ups.
During that time there were some issues with the matching of our aluminum siding, but they were able to come up with a very aesthetically pleasing workaround. I would highly recommend their services for anyone interested in replacing or the initial construction of a deck or balcony.

Decks on Point built a a great looking deck in our back yard. They did not cut any corners in the construction process and their attention to detail has me assured our deck will last a very long time with no maintenance except an occasional power wash to freshen it up.
