Most homeowners reach out when they notice rotting boards, wobbly railings, or a generally unsafe feel to their deck. If your deck is over 15-20 years old or showing signs of wear, it may be time for a full replacement to ensure safety and longevity.
Prefabricated pergolas are a lot easier to install, they’re affordable, and they look pretty good as well. However, if you want a more exquisite outdoor space, you’ll definitely want a custom pergola. Motorized pergolas are also very popular these years, so I’d recommend it.
